Twenty two personnel from ten Massachusetts Fire Departments participated in the two day EVOC train the trainer course sponsored by the
Metrogard Insurance Program. The training was conducted by Art LaPorte of Fire & Rescue Training Inc. at the Canton Fire Department training classroom. This highly successful course included the
following topics: Extent of the Problem,
Legal Aspects Vehicle Dynamics, Preventive
Maintenance, Defensive
Driving, Intersection Accidents,
Competency Course.
